How It All Started
In 2015, Jacie Ruelas was facing significant health challenges, having been diagnosed at the age of 13 with 45,X/46,XY mosaicism and androgen insensitivity, and was aware of the struggles and medical negligence that many intersex individuals face. To combat this, Jacie founded interSupport, an organization dedicated to ending medical malpractice and-
promoting better medical care and healthier lives for people with intersex variations.
